For example, there is pain in the stomach. That means acu point no.27 [stomach] in both the palms and soles shall be tender when pressed by ur thumb. When u press the surrounding areas of point no.27, the stomach-ache shall be reduced considerably; since blocked energy in the stomach + toxins from the stomach shall get released automatically.
